Tina has been an RMT since 2006. She received her training in Halifax, Nova Scotia before completing the BC requirements at WCCMT, New Westminster. The focus of her continuing education has been on muscle energy- gentle manipulation techniques that help realign the body into its natural state. A treatment with Tina involves such techniques as well as Swedish massage and myofascial release. The focus is to find the source of the problem and to treat the contributing factors. Tina likes to balance her work life with hiking, snowshoeing, meditation, and reading.
