There are times in life when everything can feel unbearably heavy. Trauma, grief, anxiety, and relationship strains can build up while you keep pushing through your days. Without a space to process and feel truly seen, it is easy to feel exhausted and unsure how to move forward. If this feels familiar, know that you are not alone and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.
I offer a safe and compassionate therapy space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered. Many of the people I work with are carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, burnout, or the stress of parenting, relationships, family dynamics, or major life transitions. Together, we can explore these challenges at a pace that feels right for you, without judgment or pressure to be anyone but yourself.
My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and strength-based, drawing on evidence-based practices to support emotional regulation, self-defined healing, and meaningful growth. I honor your unique experiences and foster a culturally responsive, collaborative space where we can unpack the weight you are carrying, build resilience, and reconnect with your inner strength.
Through therapy, we can focus on finding balance and moving toward the life you want —with greater clarity, confidence, and fulfillment.
