Todd has experience with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, youth and men’s issues, trauma, burnout, addiction, conflict resolution, communication, parenting/co-parenting stress, struggles with trust or intimacy, parent-child issues, divorce/separation, academic/behavioral issues, lack of cohesion/emotional distance, and family conflict.

Todd primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Hypnotherapy to facilitate growth and success. Todd takes a practical and focused approach to tailor his methods to suit the needs of each client. He is passionate about supporting clients to set goals and take actionable steps to achieve healing, growth, and improved wellbeing.
