Tracy is a physiotherapist with a passion for helping people of all ages move, grow, and thrive. While she has advanced training and a special interest in pediatric care, she also works with adults, providing orthopedic physiotherapy for a wide range of injuries and movement concerns.
Tracy completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta and has been practicing since 2015. She brings a warm, engaging approach to care, with a natural ability to connect with both children and adults. Her background teaching dance to children enhances her ability to make movement-based therapy approachable, effective, and even fun.

Her treatment philosophy is grounded in the belief that movement is medicine. Tracy combines hands-on therapy, detailed assessment, and individualized exercise programming to help patients improve strength, coordination, and overall function.
Tracy has pursued extensive post-graduate training in both pediatric and orthopedic physiotherapy, including:
* Gross motor development
* Torticollis and plagiocephaly
* Pediatric gait and toe walking
* Orthopedic manual therapy
* Functional dry needling
In her pediatric practice, Tracy works with infants, children, and teens experiencing developmental delays, movement challenges, congenital conditions, and sports injuries. With adults, she treats a variety of orthopedic concerns, helping patients recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Tracy is also a trusted provider for families accessing support through FSCD and is known for her collaborative, family-centered approach. She ensures that every patient—whether child or adult—feels supported, understood, and confident in their care plan.
Her goal is simple: to help each person she works with build a stronger, more capable body—and to feel good doing it.

Initial Concussion Assessment appointment, using the Complete Concussion Management (CCMI) Protocol. For patient who have suffered a RECENT concussion (within 2 weeks). Please note: Diagnosis will require 3 visits. Regular chiropractic fees will be applied to subsequent visits. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Two - 50 min sessions included. Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) is a specific and unique process for evaluating an individual's ability to produce efficient muscle contraction. Loss of muscle contraction results in a decrease range of motion and therefore decreased physical performance. In these initial sessions, we conduct a through full-body range of motion assessment, delving beyond the apparent discomfort to identify potential problem areas. This assessment provides valuable insights into muscle imbalances, paving the way for targeted intervention. The time between the first and second session allows us to observe your body's response, enabling us to tailor our approach for maximum effectiveness. During the second session, we revisit the range of motion, seek your feedback on the initial treatment, and collaboratively develop a personalized plan. This ensures that our aligns with your body's unique needs and responses. This is a package price which includes assessment and second treatment.

The appointment time often allows sufficient time to complete a baseline pelvic floor assessment and an overview of how you can prepare your pelvic floor for labor and delivery. Postnatal Pelvic Floor Appointments also vary based on patient individual needs. Book this appointment if you are 4 + weeks postpartum, you have stopped bleeding and you are experiencing minimal soreness from your delivery. C-section deliveries should book 6- 8 weeks post-surgery.
