About Travis
Travis is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. He is a client-focused clinician committed to providing evidence-based treatment in a warm, welcoming, and collaborative environment. Travis believes meaningful therapeutic work happens when individuals feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. His approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a strong therapeutic alliance, creating a space where clients can explore challenges openly and work toward lasting change.
Travis’ therapeutic framework is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and he integrates skills and interventions from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs. He practices from a trauma-informed lens, ensuring that safety, empowerment, and choice remain central throughout the therapeutic process.
Travis works with adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, mental health challenges, and life transitions. His goal is to help clients not only reduce symptoms but also build practical skills and strategies that foster resilience, confidence, and emotional flexibility.
For Travis, therapy is not only about overcoming difficulties; it is about helping people become their best selves. He aims to equip individuals and couples with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of everyday life with greater clarity, strength, and self-trust.
