About Tricia
Their own wordsMy caseload is currently full and I cannot accept a waitlist.
I value authenticity, humour, compassion and connection and strive to bring my values into every therapy session. I struggled with my own mental health as a new parent, have worked as a birth doula and have a keen focus on the challenges brought on by infertility, assisted reproductive technology, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, post-partum, and infant loss. I integrate many modalities into my work (Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy) and prioritize trauma-informed practice with a focus on safe, person-centered, attachment-focused, emotion-focused therapy. I have experience working with mental illness, addictions, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, self-worth, parenting challenges, LGBTQIA2S+ experiences, ADHD, employment difficulties, and relationship challenges. Join me for your journey of self-discovery and growth.
