Their own wordsHello! My name is Trista and I’m excited to be a new therapist with Massage Addict. I am in good standing with the CMTO, a recent graduate with honours from Fleming College and full of passion. I plan to continue my education in reflexology, cranial-sacral work, Indian head massage, cupping and much more.
I take client care very seriously by applying the techniques I’ve learned in relaxation, myofascial release, resting muscle tension, decreasing pain sustained from injuries, and increasing range of motion and improving the ability to continue daily activities.
Besides massage therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling and having fun while going on all sorts of adventures
