I offer equine-assisted therapy as a gentle, meaningful way to support healing, growth, and connection. Working alongside horses can create space for reflection, self-awareness, and emotional regulation in a way that feels grounding and natural. Horses have a unique way of meeting us exactly where we are, often helping us notice what is happening beneath the surface without pressure or judgment. This is non mounted and you do not need to have horse experience to engage.
