Holding three Master’s degrees, including his most recent in Counselling Psychology, Umair brings both depth and versatility to his practice.

Umair works with individuals who struggle with a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, addiction, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), borderline personality disorder (BPD), relationship issues, and life transitions. Having extensive experience in couples therapy Umair also helps partners enhance communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional intimacy. He supports couples in overcoming conflict and fostering healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
