This allowed her to gain a better knowledge of the human body and the relationship between mental and physical health. Using an evidence based approach and her knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, she is able to create personalized treatment plans for each of her patients. Her favourite modalities are myofascial release, trigger point release, and Swedish massage.
