AjouterHi, I’m Varleen Kaur, a Registered Physiotherapist at Aim Rehabilitation Centre. I have a special interest in treating musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions, and I’m passionate about helping people move better and feel confident in their daily lives.
I have completed advanced training in pelvic health physiotherapy and support patients with concerns such as prolapse, incontinence conditions, pregnancy and postpartum, post-surgical care, and other pelvic health conditions. I also have additional training in management of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain and vestibular rehabilitation, including treatment for vertigo and BPPV.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to health podcasts, and practicing meditation.

TMJ physiotherapy follow up session includes focus on continuing your treatment plan. Your physiotherapist will work on exercises and hands-on techniques to improve jaw function, reduce pain and support long-term recovery. Progress will be reviewed and exercises will be updated as needed.

Vestibular physiotherapy focuses on understanding your symptoms such as dizziness, vertigo, balance issues, or motion sensitivity. Your physiotherapist will complete a detailed assessment of your balance, eye movements, and inner ear function and gentle treatment if possible. A personalized treatment plan will be created based on the findings.
