Vicky graduated with honours from TriOS College and has been immersed in the health and fitness world throughout her life. With a background in long-distance running, touch football, alpine skiing, and basketball, she deeply appreciates the role of recovery through massage in athletic performance.
Vicky is passionate about understanding how the body stores trauma and is dedicated to exploring and integrating new modalities to tailor her approach to each client's needs.
Outside of her practice, Vicky enjoys exploring new trails with her partner and two dogs, diving into thriller novels, and planning her next travel adventure.
