About Victoria

Victoria offers a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients can feel seen and accepted as they are. She views therapy as a safe and supportive relationship that helps people reconnect with themselves, better understand their inner world, and move through difficult emotions with greater self-compassion and clarity. Her work focuses on helping clients explore both familiar and uncomfortable parts of their experiences, creating room for emotional release, empowerment, and more aligned choices. She supports clients in noticing their patterns, expressing what has been held inside, building greater ease in mind and body, and strengthening their relationship with themselves. Victoria holds a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Waterloo. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and has additional training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, trauma healing approaches, and psychodrama.
