Victoria's journey into registered massage therapy was inspired by working alongside seasoned massage therapists the last 5 years. Graduating with Honours from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, she applies evidence-based methods such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilization to address musculoskeletal issues. Victoria's practice extends beyond the treatment table; she ensures a customized and effective clinical experience, providing homecare to support clients post-treatment. Her belief in the symbiotic relationship between a healthy body and a strong mind guides her practice. As a former competitive athlete, she understands the importance of holistic well-being. Victoria adapts her techniques to each individual's unique needs, incorporating stretches into her treatments to enhance flexibility and promote recovery. Outside of her practice, Victoria spends her free time exploring the local mountains, running on various terrains, weight lifting, and training muay thai.
