In my work, I collaborate with clients to create a therapeutic experience that reflects their unique
values, culture, and goals. I draw from multiple approaches to ensure that your healing journey feels integrated with all aspects of your life, not separate from it.
My goal is to provide a mindful, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect on what is working and what isn’t. I will teach you to use tools and cultivate practices that genuinely feel right for you, no matter what life brings.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Family Studies from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have 11 years of experience working with individuals from a variety of populations in different community settings. I have been a part of the Three Sisters Counselling team for the past 3 years!
The therapeutic methodologies I use incorporate approaches from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Somatic Therapy.
The Issues I am passionate about treating include anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment concerns, relationship issues (familial, romantic and
platonic), and stress management, to name a few.
