If you not seen me in >6 months, please book yourself 80 min to gift yourself the space to optimally slow down enough and allow your body and intelligence the space reorganize with my support! Designed for those seeking consistent support within a busy schedule. Ideal for continued assessment, manual therapy, movement retraining, nervous system regulation, and ongoing progression as your body adapts and changes. While these sessions offer meaningful care, I often recommend choosing an 80 minute session whenever possible. Allowing yourself that extra time creates space to slow down, explore more deeply, and gives your body, mind, and nervous system the opportunity to fully receive and integrate the experience
