Welcome! My name is Willa and I am so glad you've made it here! Connecting with a mental healthcare professional can feel like a huge step for many people and I don't take that trust lightly. Please see below for some details that may be useful to you.
a bit about me: I have been a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the CRPO for 5 years and am a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Counselling and Psychotherapy Master’s program. I work with both individuals and couples, with a focus on relationship issues, sex therapy, and life transitions such as career and relationship changes, adjustment to new parenthood, caring for aging parents, retirement, and connecting with new parts of one's identity to name a few.

Grounded in psychodynamic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I enjoy helping my clients to not only heal and process psychological wounds, but to build fulfilling lives and relationships with themselves and others that reflect their values and desires.
Availability: I currently offer virtual sessions on Sundays (9am - 2pm), Mondays and Tuesdays (9am-1pm), Wednesdays (9am - 6pm), and Thursdays and Fridays (8am–1pm).
