I have seen relief found first-hand over the course of over seven years of experience, specifically using Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), how the tension stuck in one's core can be released.
Together, we gently unpack the unspoken narratives, not just to understand them, but to let go of them. This leaves more energy for your journey toward your truest self, and pursue your Northstar.
