**BIO**
Before discovering my strong interest for Massage Therapy, I studied at UBC and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Food, Nutrition & Health. I am passionate about helping people regain their health and movement. Having gone through injuries related to sports that hindered my personal health goals, I understand the importance of rehabilitative care and manual therapy to achieve personal wellness.
I graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy's 20-month program. Through my clinical placements, I have gained experience in musculoskeletal pain and overuse injuries. Techniques that I commonly use are Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations, Neuromuscular and Dynamic Stretching.
In addition to English, I am able to speak conversational Mandarin and Cantonese.

Extended Reflexology & Indian Head Massage with Nicole Geramita
Reflexology is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques . It is based on a pseudoscientific system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.
