Because no two healing journeys are the same, I use an integrative approach to therapy. I blend
evidence-based modalities tailored specifically to your unique needs, drawing from Cognitive
Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
(SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Person-Centred Therapy, and
Trauma-Focused Interventions.
As someone who has experienced the vulnerability of reaching out for help, I know
firsthand how nerve-wracking it can be. Just searching for the right therapist can feel overwhelming. If
you are reading this, you have already taken a courageous first step toward healing and personal
