Pilates instructor, Yoon A Kim, has a Bachelor of Physical Education and has been working in fitness industry for over 10years.
She has worked as a ski instructor, a fitness trainer for Samsung Group, a Pilates instructor with a strong interest in training to improve performance and rehabilitation.
Furthermore, she obtained Pilates, Yoga, Fitness instructor certificates, and has successfully completed vigorous programs for rehabilitation exercises and sling training specialist course.
She is interested in rehabilitation to improve pain caused by the incorrect posture that can cause muscle imbalance. Besides maintaining a beautiful body shape, her program focuses on returning to a healthy life through the right posture and well-balanced muscles.
