Hello, I’m Yukta, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with College of Registered
Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of International Centre for Excellence in
Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I strongly believe that the journey of a thousand steps begins with one and today, you can
take the very first step. Reaching out for support can be challenging and I commend your
courage in taking care of yourself. From dealing with personal problems to managing
relationships, learning parenting techniques and having a better bong with your children, I
am here to support you! My hope is to walk with you in this journey and offer the best
guidance as you untangle the pieces of your life.
My professional trainings and personal experiences help me in understanding what you’re
going through personally and provide professional interventions to deal with it. My work is
grounded in empathy, client- centeredness, anti- oppression, and provide you with a space
to express yourself freely, without any judgements regardless of your age, race, ability,
gender identity, culture, and sexual orientation.
I have experience working with youth (14 years and up), individuals, couples, and families
and have done trainings to ensure that you get the best support for your needs. I would like
