Mental health challenges are something we all experience in one way or another throughout our lives. I understand how overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain things can feel, especially when you’re trying to make sense of it all on your own.
My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you can show up as yourself and explore what matters most to you. I take a collaborative and authentic approach to therapy, building genuine connections that support the real, sometimes messy work of healing, all while honouring empowerment and cultural sensitivity.

I am particularly drawn to supporting clients through life’s ups and downs, including working through trauma, navigate anxiety, self-esteem concerns, move through burnout, or work through relationship concerns. I hold a special place in my work for girls and women navigating trauma and carrying the quiet weight of anxiety.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll often find me enjoying peaceful nature walks, sipping iced coffee, exploring new cafés and restaurants, baking sweet treats, shopping, or spending meaningful time with family.
