About Zoey
Zoey Forte is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with children, teens, and adults navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. Zoey has experience supporting children, families, and neurodivergent clients in a variety of settings, and values creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves.
Zoey believes therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and experiences. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, struggling with self-doubt, or looking for healthier ways to cope, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your strengths.
Zoey offers a warm and approachable style, helping clients build resilience, emotional awareness, and practical coping strategies that support growth and balance in everyday life. Outside of therapy, Zoey enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her cat, Neso!
