Therapeutic Massage is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, consisting primarily of manual (hands-on) techniques such as applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and moving muscles and body tissues.
Your first appointment will consist of assessment and intake. This will affect your treatment time.
For Specific Techniques such as Cupping and Graston please book accordinglyYour First Appointment will include an assessment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow us to meet you and work on an effective treatment plan.
