In this session, we will start by discussing your health history, setting realistic goals and expectations, and establishing a personalized treatment plan. Then, the first treatment will include a back treatment to clear stagnant energy affecting the face (this only needs to be done once), followed by body acupuncture, facial acupuncture, facial cupping, and facial gua sha (with the application of certified organic facial oils).
Please note: facial acupuncture is contraindicated for anyone with high blood pressure, migraine headaches, is currently pregnant, has major or underlying health concerns such as diabetes, seizures, epilepsy, cancer, or coronary heart disease, or has had recent facial procedures and surgeries. If you fall into any of these categories, please book in a regular acupuncture session to address these underlying concerns prior to booking in for facial acupuncture.
