Goalie Cognitive Training
The demands of the goalie position are different than that of a players. The focus of cognitive training for goalies is to create a strong foundation off the ice by isolating different elements of the game. We use different equipment and technology to improve skills such as: visual tracking, processing speed, reaction time, hand eye coordination, peripheral vision, depth perception, memory, and focus. We also guide specific training to help goalies become stronger in their movements and reduce injury risk.
