Join Darren for an hour long full moon sound bath in the historic Roxy Theatre. Bask in the surroundings of one of the last atmospheric theatres in Canada while Darren plays a shruti box, crystal singing bowls and chimes to transport you into a deep state of relaxation. This premium admission allows you to enjoy the sound bath on the stage by the singing bowls. Darren encourages you to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else you feel you may need for your comfort during the sound bath.
