Take a break from the work day to enjoy a sound bath in the work place. Darren will travel to your work place, and provide an hour of meditation and relaxation. Sound baths can decrease anxiety, promote positive mental health, foster creativity and raise the vibration of the work place to attract abundance. This hour long sound bath will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the heart beat of the earth, to help ground you. Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy. You will also hear other supportive instruments such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an element or chakra. The sounds and vibrations from the song that is played will send you to a place of deep relaxation. If you have had difficulty in the past getting into a mediative state, the sound bath will help get you there at a quicker pace. You will not be verbally guided through a meditation, however Darren will send you on a journey through the various sounds, rhythms and tempo of the sound bath. Please contact for a quote.
