Pneuma Therapy offers a way to explore the mind and emotions from an expanded state of consciousness, helping uncover the deeper roots of suffering, conflict, and stress. Through Pneuma Breathwork, a dynamic 30-minute breathing practice to a specialized set of music, you activate the innate healing capacity of your consciousness, strengthen your intuition, and access clear, objective understanding.
A session unfolds in three phases: Exploration, Breathwork, and Integration.
Exploration – We begin by clarifying your intention for the session and examining your thoughts and emotions through the lens of Pneuma Transpersonal Psychology.
Pneuma Breathwork – You then turn inward, entering an expanded state of awareness where inner guidance and healing can emerge.
Integration – Finally, you share and reflect on your experience, deepening insight into the origins of your difficulty and supporting true resolution.
