Once you have reserved a time, a meal planning questionnaire will be emailed to you automatically. The reserved time is for your holistic nutritionist to review your questionnaire and beginning building your meal plan. Your Nutritionist with contact you once it is completed and the meal plan will be uploaded to your chart within 7 days. Payment is required at the reserved time and will be charged to your credit card on file, or a staff member will contact you directly. Thank you!
