I'm Caelin Folsom, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and mother of three!
Having working in the natural health and wellness industry for over a decade, nutrition has become a huge passion of mine. In 2019 I earned my designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N).
I offer support through educating and empowering patients on how to properly nourish your body with nutrient-rich whole foods. I believe that holistic care is vital in optimizing overall health and wellness. I have experienced motherhood as well as infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. My own journey has given me the purpose to provide guidance and support to other women during this incredibly vulnerable time.
My approach encourages mindfulness with dietary strategies to optimize wellness. Holistic wellness encompasses both nutrition and lifestyle to leave you feeling your absolute best.

-Preconception and fertility
-Digestive concerns: bloating, food sensitivities, IBS, constipation
-Hormone imbalances: estrogen dominance, PCOS, Acne, Irregular menstrual cycles
-Healthy weight management
-Metabolic health: type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance
I am a proud member and in good standing with the CSNN Alumni Association.
When i'm not at work you can find me chasing after my kids, herding my flock of chickens, planting a garden or out in the woods. I look forward to meeting you soon!
