After your first visit and assessment you may be given a recommendation for follow up massage therapy treatment for your condition. All registered massage therapy appointments include time for assessment, modifications to treatment plan, treatment, charting as well as therapeutic exercises as required.

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
