First Visits: Please contact the office to have this appointment booked so we can ensure the correct information is received and you are booked with the right practitioner for you. Third-Party Billing: Yes! We can direct bill to many health insurance companies. New ICBC claims are being accepted for physiotherapy and kinesiology. New WorkSafeBC claims are being accepted for physiotherapy treatment only. At this time, we do not offer ICBC or WorkSafeBC for chiropractic or massage treatment. We do understand unforeseen circumstances do arise, which will be taken into consideration. If you are needing to cancel outside our office hours, please email our office.
