This appointment is for all ICBC claims, new and old. An ICBC Assessment is only approved within 90 DAYS from the date of your accident. If you are booking an assessment outside of this time frame, a doctors’ referral as well as ICBC approval prior to your visit is REQUIRED. Please note, if we do not have approval then the visit is fully paid for by the patient.

This appointment is for those that have already been seen for their ICBC Initial Assessment. If this is a NEW claim, please select the ICBC Initial Assessment appointment. Bookings not meeting this criterion will be cancelled through our scheduling system.

This appointment is for all NEW areas being assessed, or if the SAME AREA is being re-assessed and you have not seen the practitioner within the last 18 MONTHS. Please contact the office if you are unsure of the date of your last visit. This session includes an assessment and treatment, and exercise programs (when required).

This appointment is for patients that have been treated by the SAME PRACTITIONER within the last 12 MONTHS. Please contact the office if you are unsure of the date of your last visit. Bookings not meeting this criterion will be cancelled through our scheduling system.

This appointment is for those that have already been seen by the same practitioner for their WSBC Initial Assessment. Please note, we are NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW Chiropractic WSBC claims. Bookings not meeting this criterion will be cancelled through our scheduling system.
