LATE CANCELLATION and No-Show Policy: 24-HOURS NOTICE is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient or individuals on our waitlist. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Late Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to 100% of the total cost of your appointment.
No-Shows (no communication received by the clinic via email, text, or phone call prior to your appointment) are subject to the full cost of your appointment.
