If you were in a motor vehicle accident within the past 12 weeks, and have an active ICBC claim, please be ready with your claim number and adjustor's name at your first appointment. If it's been over 12 weeks, since your accident date we are unable to offer direct billing for your initial appointment. The Initial appointment consists of time for visit with the Counsellor, and time allotted for forms for ICBC, ICBC covers $268.00 of the appointment cost.
