Bring a friend for an additional $10! The sauna room is booked in 60 minute intervals. There are 15 minutes scheduled at the end of your appointment to accommodate reheating and prepping the sauna for the next sauna guest. This allows for a 60 minute visit to the sauna including a 10-15 minute cool down/shower period. We provide clean linens - please bring a water bottle. If this is your first session, you will be required to sign a waiver in advance of using the sauna.
