2nd Appointment - The Treatment Strategy
This is a 45-60 minute appointment for children and adults booked as a second visit. This session is where we review the findings from the initial intake, any test results, provide any education, and discuss your personalized treatment strategy or health roadmap to address your health concern(s). An individualized 2-week therapeutic dietary meal plan with recipes can also be included (based on the best therapeutic diet for your health).

Most of this follow-up is spent reviewing what changed since last time and adjusting the plan — symptoms, routines, supplements, food, sleep and stress — with the rest on practical guidance so you leave knowing what to keep, stop or change.
