Your treatment will start with a light foot and lower leg massage, followed by reflexology movements focusing on your specific needs. For ultimate results, please prepare by avoiding too much caffeine prior to your appointment and drink plenty of water. After your treatment, please rest one to two hours and refrain from vigorous activity.
