Price for the appointment is $425 and includes the cost of orthotics and assessment - must be pain in full at time of visit. A receipt will be issued along with any documents needed to submit for reimbursement from 3rd party insurers.
This visit will include a detailed history, physical analysis, biomechanical gait analysis and movement screen for your hips, knees, ankle and feet.
