Primitive (Neonatal) Reflexes are early-life reflexes that should integrate in a specific order within the first year of life. This allows us to shift neurodevelopmentally to our higher functioning and postural reflexes.
These reflexes sometimes are retained or can return with any stressors (physical, emotional, chemical) from birth and throughout life which makes us use 10x the energy just to be. This can present as focus, learning, vision challenges, balance, mood regulation, coordination, language/speech challenges, sensory processing disorder and so much more.
Our specific program and techniques assess the nervous system for all abilities and ages, and provide specific home exercises based on ability and age to perform between appointments. We focus on integrating the reflexes in the proper order to allow your child to function with more efficiency, ease and at their highest potential!
