- Thorough history evaluation
- Injury, Posture, Gait, Breathing, ROM, Muscle Strength, Grip Strength, Selective Functional
Movement and Breakouts, Functional Mobility, Soft Tissue Restriction, Structural
Mobility/Stability, Motor Control and Neurocentric Assessments (where applicable).
- Develop individualized treatment plan
-Initial treatment and movement integration
(Adjunct Therapy: Red Light Therapy, Vibration-Based Therapy, and Kinesiology Taping -as
needed)
- Initial home exercise program
