CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment, you agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy . We charge the full amount of the session if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours from your appointment or if you don’t show up to your appointment. We require a valid credit card to book an appointment. Your card will only be charged upon completing your session and in pursuit of our late cancellation policy. Our booking platform, Jane, complies with industry security standards.
PARKING
Free parking is available within the Benchmark West business complex. Please use the available
VISITOR parking spaces.
INSURANCE
Direct billing is currently available for Pacific Blue Cross and insurers connected through TELUS eClaims. If your insurer is not supported (e.g. Sun Life or GreenShield), you’ll receive a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
Direct billing is not available for MSP, ICBC, or WorkSafeBC. However, appointments are still welcome, and a detailed receipt will be provided so you can submit your claim directly to the appropriate program or insurer, if eligible.
