Perhaps some fine-tuning is necessary? Adjustment appointments are for existing Active Alignment patients who have been fit with their custom orthotic in the past 12 months. Sometimes the orthotics require an adjustment to get them, and you, feeling comfortable. There are no fees for this appointment within 12 months of dispensing them. If you require an adjustment on orthotics that are older than 12 months, please be aware appointment, labour, and material fees will apply. This appointment type is for existing Active Alignment orthotic patients only.
