Your first visit includes a detailed review of your injury, health history, physical demands, and goals, followed by a comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional assessment.
Sydney will explain her findings and begin an individualized treatment and rehabilitation plan. Your appointment may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, athletic taping, education, and a home rehabilitation program, as appropriate.
