Craniosacral Therapy – Adults.
Fully clothed, non-invasive, and light touch, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle and precise approach that supports the body’s natural capacity for self-regulation and healing. Through attentive, negotiated contact with the tissues, CST works with the body’s fluid and nervous system rhythms to help restore balance physically, mentally, and emotionally.
CST is appropriate for adults of all ages and may support those experiencing pain, fatigue, stress, sleep difficulties, and nervous system overwhelm, while promoting overall wellbeing.
Dawn offers Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Devan offers Upledger Craniosacral Therapy.
Both Dawn and Devan work intuitively with the nervous system and emphasize safety, regulation, and deep listening to the body’s innate healing processes.
Devan's sessions may include additional techniques or modalities depending on what is present in your life and what arises during treatment.
Dawn sees all ages including infants while Devan only sees clients aged 3+. Please book a pediatric appointment for kids up to 15 yrs.
Craniosacral is not covered by benefits at this time.
