Please book this appointment if you're looking for custom orthotics. PLEASE NOTE: *most* insurance companies require a Medical Doctor's prescription for orthotics prior to booking. We are unable to direct bill for orthotics, and the full fee is due at the conclusion of the appointment. If Dr. Rebecca does not think orthotics are the best option for you, you will only be charged for the exam.
