This session begins with a 30 minute RAPID NFR treatment to release deep fascial tension, restore alignment, restore structural balance, and improve overall body function. Followed by a 15 minute Assisted PNF Stretching session, where targeted stretches will help lengthen your muscles, increase flexibility and mobility, and lock in the benefits of the RAPID NFR treatment.
