Thai Table Massage involves rhythmic compression, joint mobilization, and Thai-style stretching techniques to increase circulation and improve range of motion.
Pressure is applied using thumb, palm, forearm, elbow, knee or foot to reduce soft tissue tension and restrictions.
Traditionally, Thai Massage begins at the feet and follows the energy lines of the body with special attention to Thai Acupressure points along the way.
